You will have one contact, and one person and your package will be custom built to what your business needs. You also have the flexibility to change the level of support after 6 months. There will be no call centres, you will be not tied into lengthy contracts and you have the security of knowing your HR support will work for you.

HR Documentation Review

Documentation is one of first things litigation proceedings focus on asking ‘but was written down’. The HR Documentation Review focuses only on your people documentation but can be purchased in conjunction with the HR Audit.
CollobarationHR can provide template documentation as well as branded documentation such as contracts, handbooks and policies. We work in partnership with a print and graphic design company to provide ‘design and print’ services. Leave your documentation in our safe hands for a professional image for all staff joining your company. Additional fees apply for print but design is inclusive.

Complex people cases whether capability/performance issues, long-term sickness, or disciplinary cases can be time-consuming and costly.
